Conclusion

People can not know when the plates are moving or not. Some people feel tremendously  frightend because they have not learnt about them. But tectonic plates are here for a good reason.Like volcanoes through out rich soil, forms new island and earthquakes make rifts. We can feel the side wiper plates because they cause earthquakes. Some scientists have developed a new computer (algorithms) programme that allows them to predict how the eaths mantle will flow. Scientists watch the tectonic plates movements.
